Flange Insulation Sets are designed to assist in combatting the effects of corrosion found in flanged pipe systems,
by offering precision made components from a range of proven high quality materials, as a long term solution to

Type 'E' Full Face

In this type the central gasket extends across the flange
face to the outside diameter affording full protection to the
flange,

The bolt holes in the gasket match exactly those on the
flange thus making installation simple.
 
Type 'F' Raised Face

In this type the central gasket is located inside the flange
bolt circle and sits on the raised face portion of the flange.
 
Type 'D' Ring Groove

This type of oval central gasket is manufactured to locate
in the ring groove of the R.T.J> flange and is dimensioned
as per the ANSI standards.
It is only available in reinforced phenolic.
   
   
 
   
Steel Washers

Steel washers are supplied in 1/8" thick carbon steel plated for corrosion
protection or stainless steel washers can be also supplied by request.

Insulating Washers

Unless otherwise specified, insulating washers are available
in either reinforced phenolic or glass fiber reinforced epoxy.

Insulating Sleeve

Unless otherwise specified, these materials are available in either polyethylene,
PTFE or reinforced phenolic. The wall thickness of insulating sleeve is 0.8mm.

Type FF and RF insulating gaskets are 3.0mm thick Neoprene faced phenolic laminate gasket,
PTFE solid gasket or PTFE cushion gasket.

Type RF insulating gasket is available in reinforced phenolic.
Jeil flange insulating set gaskets are manufactured to suit ANSI, KS and other international recognized standards.
