[ 특징 ]
스파이럴형 가스켓은 세미메탈 가스켓 중 가장 이상적인 타입으로서 V자형
의 금속재의 얇은 판과 비금속 재료인 Filler를 겹쳐 나선형으로 감아 양골을
용접하여 제작한 가스켓이다. 탄력있는 금속과 유연한 Filler로 이루어진 독
특한 구조로 아래와 같은 우수한 가스켓 기능을 가지고 있다.
- 고온 및 고압에 사용가능
- 압력, 온도,진동등 운전조건의 변화에 자동적으로 적응하는 능력이 우수
- 치수에 비해 우수한 씰성을 발휘
- 불균일한 플랜지면에서도 뛰어난 씰성
- 원형 또는 타원형 등 어떠한 치수라도 경제적인 가격으로 제작가능
- 특수한 운전조건에 따라 Hoop 및 Filler의 소재를 선택하여 제작가능
